Order confirmation
Ordering availability is shown during checkout. A basket or estimate is not a confirmed order. Confirmation is sent after the order is recorded and payment confirmed. Keep it together with the terms you accepted.

Service and compatibility
Our SIM and eSIM plans provide unlimited internet in France only on the SFR network, with no data cap or speed reduction based on usage. Tethering is allowed. Standard calls, SMS and roaming abroad are not included. Check that your phone is unlocked and compatible with your chosen format. Actual speed and availability vary with coverage, location, device and network load; a constant speed is not guaranteed.
Dates, duration and activation
The plan runs between the selected and confirmed activation and end dates, using Paris time (Europe/Paris). Both first and last days count; the minimum is 3 calendar days, not rolling 24-hour periods. Activation is fixed: late arrival, delayed installation or non-use does not automatically shift the period. The plan ends on the agreed date without automatic renewal. Changes require a support request and confirmation; they are not guaranteed and never restrict withdrawal rights or remedies for defects.
Prices, currency and taxes
The total in your chosen currency, applicable taxes and delivery are shown before payment. Prices may change for future orders, not confirmed orders. An expired estimate must be updated and accepted before payment. Your invoice shows the amount paid in the currency and its euro equivalent. VAT treatment depends on factors including customer status, location and required evidence; non-EU residence does not automatically mean 0% VAT. Any fees charged by your bank are separate.
Order and payment
Check the format, dates, quantities, addresses and total before confirming an order with an obligation to pay. Available payment methods and delivery restrictions are shown during checkout. The accepted terms, version and dated consents are retained; the order confirmation includes the terms and withdrawal form. A basket or declined payment is not a confirmation. Enter card details only in the payment provider’s interface, never in a support message.
eSIM provision and SIM delivery
Your eSIM is made available in your account 24 hours before the first day of your stay. For orders confirmed the day before or on the first day, it is available within 1 hour of confirmation. Your plan remains valid on your selected dates, in Paris time. Installation requires Wi-Fi and does not shift your plan dates. Allow around 5–7 working days for a physical SIM and choose a start at least 10 days after ordering. One delivery charge applies per order based on the country shown before payment. You can use a hotel address different from billing. After dispatch, the carrier, tracking number and link are entered in your account. Contact us about delays; your statutory remedies remain available.
Withdrawal: 14 days
For the internet access service, you have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. For a physical SIM sale, the period relating to the goods starts on receipt. The starting day is not counted; a deadline on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day extends to the next working day. Choosing a fixed date, receiving a QR code or merely installing an eSIM does not remove these rights.
Early start of service
If activation falls before the withdrawal period ends, an express early-start request and a separate acknowledgement of its consequences are needed, with no pre-ticked boxes. You keep the right to withdraw until full performance; only service already supplied at your express request may be charged proportionately to the agreed price, if you were informed. The service right is lost before the 14 days end only after full performance, with your prior express agreement and prior acknowledgement of that loss. Without the express request or legally required information, no charge is due for early performance following withdrawal. Providing a QR code is not treated here as standalone digital content immediately removing your rights.
Cancellation, refunds and guarantees
We review cancellation, amendment and refund requests manually under your rights and contract. Activation alone does not make a plan non-refundable. The Withdrawal page explains the conditions and the waiver of physical SIM returns. Statutory guarantees and remedies for missing or non-conforming service remain available. Report problems to support with your reference and a description, without sharing codes. No clause limits mandatory rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Mediation and disputes
Smartrends Technologies is a member of the Médiateur des communications électroniques scheme for France SIM Card. After a prior written complaint to Smartrends Technologies and the applicable internal complaint steps, consumers may refer the dispute free of charge within one year of that written complaint, subject to admissibility conditions. Applicable law
French law governs the contract without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. No exclusive jurisdiction contrary to consumer rights is imposed. The accepted terms continue to apply to that order even if a later version is published.
